User guide to explain how to enter expenses on the Mobile application.

  1. Select ‘Expense Claims’ from the menu:

2. This will bring up the ‘Expense Claims’ Screen:

3. show the ‘Claim Details’ screen:








4. If the claim requires changing then it is possible to select this claim which will bring up the following screen, selecting ‘Edit’ from this screen will allow editing of this expense.














If the Login has permissions to accept and pay claims, then the ‘Pay’ functionality is not available on the mobile application.

To pay claims please login to the web application.
