First and foremost, we hope you and your Families are well.  This is quite an anxious time and it will take the world to conquer this dangerous virus.

We wanted to reach out to update you on what KeyedIn is doing to help in this effort.  The safety of our employees, customers and all stakeholders comes first.

Some of the actions we have taken include:

-All employees are encouraged to work from home.  Laptops and phones were taken home last week with the anticipation that this might be required.

-Additional information has been sent to all customers with direction as to how to reach us.  Nothing has changed along these lines, however, reminders have been sent.  The KeyedIn Projects Support Portal continues to be the main point for customer inquiries and of course, all of our existing contact information remains the same (email, website, etc.).

-Our Solutions are not impacted in any way.

-All of the obvious hygiene guidelines have been implemented and a detailed list of resources for information on how to work from home, handling potential anxiety, all of the latest updates have been provided.  Although the news is doing a fine job keeping us all apprised of the situation.

-We are holding on all travel until further notice.  Continued implementations and consulting work will be available at any time on a remote basis.  Hopefully this travel hold will be for a very short time.

We are in a good position to continue with business as usual given our cloud environment.  We do not anticipate any interruption in our developments, cycles and customer interactions.

On behalf of the entire KeyedIn team, we hope your Families and your businesses continue to prosper throughout this unanticipated infectious disease outbreak. We are all in this one together.  Let’s get it behind us.

Thoughts go to those around the world who have been impacted thus far.

Thank you for your continued partnership and please let us know if we can help in any way.

Lauri
