Between 15:30 and 17:35 GMT on Wednesday 20th January the UK KeyedIn Projects production services were intermittently unavailable. 

This incident affected the following sites:

           KeyedinProjects.co.uk
           v6.KeyedInProjects.co.uk
           api.KeyedinProjects.co.uk         

A full investigation into the incident is underway with a Cause and Corrective Action report expected to be made available next week.  Initial investigations indicate that the problem was caused by the active node of the database cluster losing the ability to read and write to the storage used to hold transaction logs. During the incident our engineers had full access to all storage devices.  

The incident did not result in any data loss.
