Use Automated Code | Indicate if codes for new records are normally to be allocated automatically. When creating a record, you can choose to override this setting and input a code. |
Code Prefix | The numbers apply when automated coding is used. The prefix is optional but you must enter a start number that will be incremented as numbers are issued. |
Pad To | Indicate the fixed length of code to be used. Sufficient zeroes will be inserted between the prefix and number to create a code of this length. |
