When adding a resource, providing that templates exist, first choose how:

• Add an empty Resource to enter or select all details for the new resource    
• Add from a Template that provides some of the data for the resource so that all does not need to be input; if so, select the required template.

If you are adding a resource from a template, some of the fields will be already entered. However, you can change the content if required.
