Below is a full list of the notifications that are available:

•      A line manager is notified when a subordinate submits a Timesheet

•      All timesheet users are reminded to complete their Timesheet for the current week

•      A line manager is notified when a subordinate submits an Expense Claim

•      A Resource is notified when they are assigned to a Task

•      A Resource is notified when they are assigned to a Mitigation Plan Item

•      A Resource is notified when they are assigned to an Resolution Plan Item

•      A Project Manager is notified if there are any Overdue Mitigation Plan Items, Resolution Plan Items, To Do Actions or Deliverables on their Projects

•      A Resource is notified when they are assigned to a To Do Action

•      Timesheet users are reminded they have an incomplete Timesheet for the previous week

•      Timesheet users are reminded they have missing days in the previous weeks Timesheet

•      Notify me when a New Post is made against a Project I am assigned to

•      Notify me when a New Post is made against a Project that I am a Project Manager on

•      Notify me when a New Post is directed to me.

•      Notify me when someone comments on my Posts

•      Notify me when a Deliverable is completed on a Project where I am an Interested Resource

•      Notify me when a Task Milestone is completed on a Project where I am an Interested Resource

•      Notify me when a Deliverable is rescheduled on a Project where I am an Interested Resource

•      A line manager is notified when a subordinate has unapproved Timesheets in the previous week

•      A Project Manager is notified when a subordinate has unapproved Timesheets in the previous week

•      The Resource is notified when a timesheet is disapproved

•      A Project Manager is notified when a Resource is assigned to their Project

•      A Resource is notified when an Expense Claim is rejected

•      A Resource is notified when they are assigned as a Project Manager

•      A Resource is notified when their approval is required.

Notifications may also be received if project workflows are activated, to notify when a status movement occurs. The actual message is defined for the workflow notification.
