When creating forecasts, you can specify benefits that are expected to result from delivering the project. Here you can define the particular types of benefit that may arise.
Click Add to create a record. For a listed type, you can click 
then:
Open | to edit the benefit type |
Clone | creates a benefit type with the same general details as the selected one. You must specify a code for this entry and can change other details. |
Delete | to delete the benefit type, after confirmation, providing it is not in use. |
