When a project completes a status and is to move to another one, simply drag the project card into the appropriate column. This is only possible if:

•      there is a status movement between the two statuses

•      you are allowed to edit the project or you are specified as an approver on the movement permission

•      you are the last approver when multiple approvers are specified; in these cases, the project card will show ‘Partially Approved’
