The product’s collaboration feature lets you communicate with others in order to share ideas and interact on any topic relating to a project. Collaboration takes the form of a threaded discussion where a team member may start a particular subject and others may then comment until the post is completed or deleted.
To collaborate with others, you must:
•activate the feature through Collaboration Settings and determine where posts are applied
•through the Login Profile, indicate who can enter and view posts
•select the individual projects where collaboration is permitted
•start, progress and view posts wherever relevant ones are available. This is indicated by Add Posts and View Post actions and through a symbol that you can click to view specified posts.
