You can specify any number of benefit lines for each forecast, indicating the name and type. If a required type does not exist, click to create it.

For each benefit, you can specify:

•      a Deliverable to which it is linked. This is particularly relevant for an achievement benefit type where the deliverable may indicate the expected benefit has been achieved.

•      a Start Date for the benefit. This is automatically set to the date of any linked deliverable; otherwise, you can indicate when the benefit is expected to start.

•      the amounts of expected financial benefits or the numbers for unit benefits for indicated weeks or months. No entry is possible for achievement benefits although a symbol ( ) will appear against the period when the benefit is expected.

You can record actual financial and unit benefits through the Benefit Actuals screen.
