In the case of the Search screen, various actions are available for each listed record. These are covered at the processing description of the particular data.

For a Select screen, you will generally just click a required entry to use it at the previous form. Sometimes multiple selections are permitted. In these cases, check the boxes against required records or check the box at the top of the list to select all listed records.
