Here you can, for the lowest project level only, record communications relating to a project and then the responses to each one. Details are defined as action views of a standard type and so the content can be varied by changing the definition. You will only see this tab if it is available for your login group .
Existing communications are listed and you can click Add to create another one.
Each listed communication shows its current status (place your mouse cursor over the symbol to see the meaning). For a listed item, click then:
•Edit to change the contents of the row:
•Open to amend the communication, providing it is not complete, otherwise to view it
•Clone creates a communication based on the current one so you can amend it as necessary
•Delete to delete a communication that no longer applies.
Click the Resource name to amend details or the Project name to access the Projects Home tab
