Once you have configured one of the views, you can share it with others so they can use it:

You can change the name of the published view and can share it with members of selected login groups.

Check:

•      Reset Individual Layouts to apply to the view being published any layout changes made by users against the previously published view

•      Reset Individual Widget Configurations to reset the default filters and column chooser options to those configured on the view being published.
