The form shows the days of effort required to complete the task, the days allocated so far and lists the existing assignments. Every assignment shows the days planned for each resource. For each one, you can choose to Edit or Delete the assignment. Click Add Assignment to assign further resources to the task.

NOTE:
You can only edit assignments for projects downloaded from Microsoft Project if this was requested at the time of the transfer.
