If you have recorded budget values, demand or expenditure into the wrong periods or the situation has altered, you can either edit each entry individually or click   to move entries. A new input row appears:

You can choose to bring forward or delay the contents of the current row, all rows covered by that table or the whole forecast (budgets, demand and expenditure). Entries are adjusted by a specified number of periods, based on the number and length of periods already selected. If necessary, alter the start date, month or year for the period range to be adjusted and then click OK. Your entries are then moved forwards or backwards as indicated. Click   again to hide the edit row.
