As you may have seen, Microsoft’s support for Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) will end on starting June 15, 2022 (https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/internet-explorer.aspx)
KeyedIn will cease to support Internet Explorer 11 for KeyedIn Enterprise (including Adaptive Portfolios and Projects) at the same time. Internet Explorer 11 Compatibility mode in Microsoft Edge will also no longer be supported (Microsoft Edge users using IE 11 compatibility mode will see an IE 11 icon in the address bar to the left of the padlock).
This means that any support items related to Internet Explorer will no longer be accepted and some functions may no longer operate as intended.
The desktop browsers supported by KeyedIn Enterprise editions will become the latest versions of:
- Microsoft Edge
- Firefox
- Google Chrome
- Safari
