The current SSL certificate used for Single sign-on (SSO) in our Australian service expires on 14th June 2022.  To ensure end users do not experience disruption to the service when using SSO functionality a new certificate has been made available within the Keyedin Enterprise portal called 'KeyedInEnterprise.net May 2023'.  If your Identity Provider (IdP) requires a service provider certificate you should download it from the SSO Settings Page in KI Enterprise and install it into your Identity Provider (IdP) before the 14th June 2022.  Please coordinate the change with your internal IT Team as the new certificate must be configured for use in both KI Enterprise and your Identity Provider at the same time.

Please note, this only affects users of our Australian service (v6.keyedinprojects.net, keyedinprojects.net and keyedinenterprise.net) configured to use Single sign-on.

The attached document provides further information about updating the SSO certificate.
